We will always try to provide you with a professional and friendly service. If
you are unhappy with any aspect of your dental care, we will be anxious to
know about the problem and will do our best to put things right.

We operate a practice based complaints procedure and invite those with
complaints to put them forward to the practice manager, who will acknowledge and deal with your complaint efficiently.
