Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update – Emergency Dental Treatment Only

On advice from the Chief Dental Officer the practice from today will be running an emergency only service. This unfortunately means that all appointments have been cancelled for the next 2 weeks. We will contact you to rebook your appointment as more information becomes available. You can call the practice during normal opening hours and speak to the on call dentist for emergencies only.
Infection control is, and always has been, a fundamental part of our day to day practice. Please be assured we will be taking every measure necessary to keep you safe and look after your health and wellbeing.
We do not treat patients who have a cold, or who have flu-like symptoms, this is normal everyday policy and in most cases people who are unwell would not want to see us. With recent developments we are asking that every patient who enters the practice washes or sanitises their hands. We are requesting that emergency patients attend the practice on their own and if necessary with one accompanying adult, we request that you stay in your car until the appointment time. We have already taken the precaution of emailing every patient asking for them not to attend the practice if they are experiencing symptoms of Coronavirus such as a new continuous cough and/or high temperature and would like to remind every patient to call us if they have any concerns.
We will continue to monitor the situation daily and change our approach as and when necessary. We will of course keep you informed of any changes. There will be links to information and advice on our social media and website. For daily updates and more information please see the following links:
We take this opportunity to thank you for your continued patient loyalty and trust in our care.
All emails will continue to be monitored and responded to.
