The competency and skill of the dental team. The friendliness of the reception staff both in person and over the phone. It's great to have a chat with the dental team before treatment starts too, there is a relaxed atmosphere within the centre.

He explains the procedure clearly in advance as well as letting me know how much longer it will take while treating me. I am very happy to be his patient.

I can't fault anything from Reception to the dentists, dental nurses and the dental hygenist that I have seen so far. Easy to book appointment and you get a reminder just before the actual appointment.
