What happens at your first visit
Your new patient dental health assessment is a relaxed, thorough appointment in three simple steps.
1. We get to know you
You complete a short medical history form, then your dentist listens to your concerns and what you would like from your dental care.
2. A thorough examination
We check your teeth, gums, soft tissues, jaw joints and bite, and take digital X-rays, which are included in your examination fee.
3. Your options, explained
We talk through what we found and your treatment options. You receive a full written estimate, with no obligation to go ahead.

Absolutely. We have many years of experience helping nervous and anxious patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. Our team takes time to listen, explains everything clearly, and works at your pace. You are always in control. Do you offer emergency dental appointments?
Yes. We do our best to offer same-day emergency appointments where possible for patients in pain, with broken teeth, swelling, or dental trauma. Call us as early as possible on 01892 652377 and we will do everything we can to see you quickly.

How much does Invisalign cost at Durban Dental Centre?
Invisalign treatment costs vary depending on the complexity and duration of treatment required. We offer a free initial consultation so you can discuss your goals with one of our experienced dentists and receive a personalised treatment plan and quotation. How much does a new patient appointment cost?
A new patient examination, including digital X-rays, is £80. We are currently offering a new patient consultation with X-rays for £50 (terms and conditions apply). Routine dental health reviews are £55. You can see all our prices on our fees page.
What happens at my first appointment?
We ask you to complete a medical history form, then your dentist listens to your concerns and carries out a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, soft tissues, jaw joints and bite, with digital X-rays. We then explain your options and give you a full written estimate. There is no obligation to go ahead with any treatment. Read more about your first appointment.
Can I spread the cost of my dental care?
Yes. Our membership plans cover your dental health examinations and hygiene appointments at a reduced price, spread across the year. For larger treatments, finance options are available with rates starting from 0% APR, subject to status.
