Alex Parsons - Dentist

Alex grew up in Crowborough and spent some time before his dental degree studying biomedical science at St. George’s University of London gaining both a BSc (Hons) and an MRes. During his time doing his master's course he also taught biomedicine and medicine to years 1-3 at university, which helped him gain a place at Manchester university to study dentistry in 2017. 

Alex graduated from Manchester in 2022 with a BDS (Hons) and went into a general dental practice to hone his skills. In 2024, Alex attended a course which allowed him to undertake simple orthodontic cases using Sure Smile clear aligners and has had lots of success with these. Alex has a strong connection with a local dental laboratory which is run by his parents and as such has learnt a lot about the other side of dentistry that goes on behind the scenes to give patients that perfect smile. Alex has a very calming manner and loves to change people’s minds about the dentist for the better. 

Alex is an avid gamer and squash player in his free time. He also loves a good brunch, especially if there’s pancakes involved!
