Maria's dental emergency

Clear explanations of treatment. Calm and understanding that I'm nervous at dental appointments. It was a hygienist appointment (so no dental nurse - there wasn't an option to say this in the question)

I put a review on Google too: I am not a patient there (my family are) but they helped in a time of emergency. Dentist Jacob and his assistance Emma-Jane were kind, capable, and even laughed at my bad jokes. What a blessing to have a team like that in our town.

Ashley and Kirsty both know I am a very anxious patient. They are very calm and always ensure I am comfortable with what is happening by fully explaining what is happening and why. They are a great team!!

The competency and skill of the dental team. The friendliness of the reception staff both in person and over the phone. It's great to have a chat with the dental team before treatment starts too, there is a relaxed atmosphere within the centre.

Ahmed is very knowledgeable and skilful. I have complete confidence in his assessment and treatment recommendations. The treatment itself is painless. He explains the procedure clearly in advance as well as letting me know how much longer it will take while treating me. I am very happy to be his patient.

I can't fault anything from Reception to the dentists, dental nurses and the dental hygenist that I have seen so far. Easy to book appointment and you get a reminder just before the actual appointment. Friendly and professional really happy with how my treatment is going so far, they are really doing a fantastic job.

I really like and respect Anda, the hygienist, and trust her to do an amazing job. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful.The fact that I can always get a space in the car park contributes greatly to my experience of visiting the dental practice.
